Luther has been assisting the unemployed get back into the workforce for many years. His Ph.D. dissertation research focused on the unemployed and how to assist them to gain re-employment. Luther’s research as resulted in presenting papers at the national conference for the Association of Career and Technical Education Research. He also has upcoming articles in research journals including the Journal of Employment Counseling.

Luther also turned his research and experience into a book and training designed to improve the self-image of those struggling with unemployment. This book also gives them some practical steps to take to become re-employed.
