Leader

Luther’s has studied leadership extensively. He has published peer reviewed journal articles on leadership. In addition to studying and researching leadership, Luther is a leadership practitioner. In 1997, he founded Rocky Mountain Business Academy. Within 10 years he grew this vocational school to eight locations and twenty-one employees. Rocky Mountain Business Academy assisted hundreds of individuals to change careers and become employed in accounting, general, and medical offices.

In 2013, Luther accepted a faculty position in the Business Division at Lewis-Clark State College. In 2018, he accepted the position of division chair. Since then he has lead the division through many changes, including the addition of new degree programs. In conjunction with his dean, Luther has led efforts to increase enrollments in the division. Luther has also successfully led the merger of academic and career and technical programs into the Business Division. In 2021, Luther began serving as dean of the School of Professional & Graduate Studies at LCSC.

In 2016, Luther founded Lewis Clark Bible Institute, a community based non-profit that helps educate Christians to better serve their local churches.
